HAYS, C.J.: The petitioner-appellant, Metal Products Workers Union, moved under § 10 of the United States Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 10, and § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a), for an order vacating an arbitration award. The district court granted a motion by the appellee, The Torrington Company, for summary judgment. We affirm.
